Just wanna type out random things =)
First of all, i'm so glad that this is friday..... fuh~ at least i can finally rest =)
O&G is really hectic, i'm glad that Dr Saw drilled us for 2 weeks and made us very hardworking. Really appreciate that. unlike medicine lol~ at least we get to sit down longer =)
Glad that i was able to present BST today... at least i can relax and do my CWU today =) haih~
After class, Terrence, jess, kim and i went to the OT. We saw 2 C-section. that was our first time >.<
The first lady, her os was 7cm and could't dilate anymore so LSCS was performed. There was blood lost of about 1.5 L during the operation. Next, fresh blood bleeding per vagina of about 1 L. @.@ total up, there's like about 2.5L~ tat's like so much!!! she had post partum haemorrhage secondary to uterine atony >.<
The next case was post term pregnancy. Her baby's suppose to be delivered on the 30th November. Thank goodness there wasn't so much blood loss.. maybe about 350ml only. according to Kim, she's very fierce. Her new born child is very different from other babies. She kept frowning and showing her sad face =P most new born don't. That's sooooooo cute XD just like her mother. LoL
So that's the end of my story... you know, there's many ladies out there who rather opt for C-section than vaginal delivery becos they thought that the latter is more painful... before this, i also tot that C-section is not so complicated and painless.. but mana tau, the sight of the operation is more painful and sometimes there can be complications like large amount of blood loss which is very scary and life threatening
